M. A. T. H. Workshop Components:
Meet the Teacher: This rotation is an opportunity for students to receive guided practice with the lesson's skills. Students can ask questions and receive immediate support from the teacher.
At Your Seat: This rotation is completed at students' seats where they will practice a skill independently or with a partner.
Technology: This rotation allows for students to practice skills previously learned via computer-based programs, such as IXL, Prodigy, and Xtra Math, and Digital Task Cards.
Hands On: This rotation is a time for students to work with a partner or small group on practicing skills within the current unit through game-based, hands on play opportunities. These include math board games, dice games, task cards, among others.
